December’s Premium Bonds millionaires come from Manchester and South Gloucestershire.

The first Bond number to be drawn was 398MV229074 and belongs to a woman from Manchester. She holds £30,010 in Premium Bonds and her winning Bond was purchased in June 2020. The win makes her the fourth Premium Bonds millionaire from Manchester.

December’s second millionaire is a woman from South Gloucestershire. The Bond number drawn was 263SP726460 and is part of a £50,000 total holding, with the winning Bond purchased in January 2016. The win means that the woman becomes the eighth Premium Bonds jackpot winner from Gloucestershire.
