New paperless option for Direct ISA and Direct Saver customers
Do you have an NS&I Direct Saver or Direct ISA? Then you already know the benefits of managing your account online. To make keeping track of your account even easier, we’ve now introduced a paperless option.
If you choose to go paperless, we’ll provide your annual statements electronically rather than posting them to you. We’ll email you to let you know when each statement is ready. You may find this more convenient, and you’d be doing your bit for the environment by helping to cut down the amount of paper we send out.
Note that if you already have Premium Bonds as well and you’ve chosen to go paperless, it won’t automatically be applied to your Direct Saver and Direct ISA – you’ll need to log in and choose to go paperless for each account individually.
