NS&I is an executive agency of the Chancellor of the Exchequer and is a leading savings provider. The money invested in NS&I products is used to raise cost effective debt-finance for HM Treasury.
NS&I employ around 180 people and work in partnership with Atos, who run NS&I operations. NS&I also work with key stakeholders such as HMT and business-to-business clients across Government.

At NS&I we offer exciting and varied roles across a range of business areas, from retail, finance, strategy, risk, partnerships and business-to –business. I have worked as Head of HR for 2 years having started as an undergraduate intern in HR and then returning as an HR officer after spending my early career working in a busy HR team for a police force after graduating. It’s been fantastic to grow my career here and, as a parent to two small boys I can see now more than ever why the balance we offer all of our employees, to grow their career and their personal lives, is so valued. As well as the important benefits we offer, it’s the environment that is also key – we have a unique business and a unique work-force who are agile and who we encourage to develop both in NS&I and for themselves, whether they are motivated by working in the private or public sectors.
